Welcome to Retropian! We’re committed to delivering a great experience from the moment you place your order. Please review our shipping and returns policy below to understand how we handle orders, deliveries, and any issues that may arise.


📦 SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) from the day of purchase. Please note that processing time does not include shipping time.

In peak seasons, promotional periods, or unforeseen delays (e.g., supply chain issues), fulfillment may take slightly longer, but we’ll do our best to keep you informed.

Shipping Times

Our average shipping time is 7 to 10 business days depending on your location and the carrier used. Some remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times. All orders are shipped from our China-based warehouse, allowing us to offer fast and reliable delivery to customers in the US, Europe, Australia, Asia, and worldwide.

🌍 International orders may be subject to customs fees or duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Information

Tracking numbers will be provided when and if available, depending on the carrier and destination. You will receive an email notification with your tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.

If tracking is not provided, we assure you the item is still on its way and within the expected delivery timeframe.


🔄 RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS POLICY

At Retropian, we take quality seriously and strive to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition. However, we understand that sometimes things can go wrong in transit.

No Change of Mind Returns

We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or buyer’s remorse. Please ensure you carefully review the product details and specifications before making a purchase.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive an item that is broken, defective, or unusable, we’re here to help. Please follow the steps below so we can resolve the issue quickly:

  1. Proof Required:
    Send us clear photographic or video evidence showing the damage or issue with the product.

  2. Deadline to Report:
    All damage claims must be submitted within 30 days of the tracking number showing the item as "delivered."

  3. Replacement Policy:
    If your claim is approved, we will send a replacement unit at no extra cost. We do not issue refunds for damaged or faulty products—only replacements.

🔁 Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within 25 business days of shipment, please reach out to us so we can assist in locating the package. While we are not responsible for shipping carrier delays or lost items caused by incorrect address input, we will do our best to help.


🚫 Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it enters our fulfillment queue. Orders cannot be canceled after processing has begun, so please double-check your cart before checking out.
